    Our copper coated iron powder featured complete coated, bright color and excellent oxidation resistance, which has 3 different appliances:

1) Copper coated iron powder for oilless bearing

It has bright color and good flowalility, suitable for oilless bearing production, with better mechanical properties and wear resistance than oilless bearings made from copper based oilless bearings.

2) Copper coated iron powder for diamond tools

It can improve the alloying of powders in sintering process for diamond tools, to improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance, and then reduce the production cost.

3) Copper coated iron powder for friction materials

 It can improve the improve thermal conductivity of friction materials because of the copper coating, and also improve the mechanical properties as improving the alloying of powders when sintering.

Chemical Composition and Physical Properties:

Note:

          1. HCuFe-1 is special for oilless bearings;               HCuFe-2 is special for diamond tools;               HCuFe-3 is special for friction materials.

          2. Cu content and particle size can be adjusted to customer’s requirements.
